hello, perhaps it sounds strange but it helped me alot. This is what I did: 1. Massage aloe gel or coconut milk in your hair and scalp. Leave for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Repeat this 3 times a week. 2. Mix honey with egg yolk after massaging the scalp and hair. Leave for half an hour, then rinse. 3. Drinking water mixed with 1 teaspoon cider vinegar, along with meals for 2-3 weeks. 4. Mixture of sage tea and apple cider vinegar for use as shampoo hair loss home remedy. 5. Make a paste of honey, warm olive oil and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply the paste on the scalp and wait 15 minutes before rinsing. 6. Scrub the bald areas of scalp with the onion until the skin is red and then apply the honey directly on the area. 7. With 3. 5 oz each of amla (also known as Indian goose berry), Shikakai Reetha and boil together in the midst of a gallon of water until the liquid has evaporated to half its original volume. Cool and use as shampoo hair loss home remedy for a month. Good luck !

AIRPLANE WINGS have been proven to work better. The bumps "disturb" the leading edge. and seem to make the airflow over the top of the airfoil more efficient, thus producing a bit more lift. FAN BLADES do not have an airfoil shape, and bumps on the leading edge have no effect on their performance.

Sounds like time to start looking for a new job or maybe even change careers if this is common in your profession. It really dose sound like you are being taken for granted at work and getting fed up with the situation. Better to start checking out your options now then waiting until you totally loose your cool. I think you might feel better if you check things out. As far as speaking up for yourself at work goes just make sure you stay calm. Try to get some one on one time for a sit down with the individual(s) who's actions you find offensive. Maybe do lunch together or something like that. Calmly state your concerns and let them know you would like to work on the issue with them. If that is typical in the business environment I don't know what to tell you though other than explore other options. Good luck with it all.

What performance charts should one consider before flight to check whether it's "safe" for flight? I went to my Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine checkride and this is a question i was asked. I totally lost it when my examiner asked me. I'm taking my checkride on a Piper PA-44-180 Seminole. I have already done my take off and landing distances and also my fuel consumption.
