Those who promote the AGW pogrom of scientific suppression in favor of peer reviewed fantasy fiction remind me more strongly every day of the cardinal’s and bishops who suppressed the work of scientists like Galileo 500 years ago in order to maintain the political power of the church over society. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galileo Scientific method was developed by Galileo and his fellows to support the search for truth over religious or political orthodoxy. But now again we see the AGW movement producing a new religious orthodoxy through the political peer review system that is suppressing scientific method and pushing real scientists who practice it into the background while those who participate in the orthodox peer review fiction are brought to the front and financially rewarded by their peers.

Most agents take their own pictures, but some offices have a person who does it for the agents. The real money is in staging homes, like putting furniture in vacant homes, spiffing up the outside, and videoing the inside of higher end properties.

How does a Real Estate Photography Business work? Does anyone have any experience doing something like this? I want to take pictures of homes for the real estate companies and make it into a business. Build a huge list of Realtor/Clients and charge a fair fee per home. Also, build a website so that it will help aid the realtors and potential buyers. Surely, this idea has already been thought of. Do you think this type of business would be profitable for a young person like myself? It wouldn’t cost that much to start?

This is what I would say to you. At age 15 the only thing that you should be thinking about right now is continuing your education so that you can get a degree in business and then begin a career in Real Estate. Who knows, you never know, you may just change your mind and decide on doing something else.

Right now it’s a horrible career choice, but by the time you’re ready, who knows. You need to be disciplined, to save money rather than spending everything you have. You don’t get regular weekly paychecks, only when you sell a house. So you need a budget and need to stick to it. You need to track your expenses because you are an independent contractor, and your file as self-employed in income taxes.

First of you need to be a very responsible and honest person. Yes, it is risky but just be confidant. You have to read a lot about the industry. To have to always be aware of what’s going on in real estate. You have to always read the papers and magazines. You have to have a good memory and you have to be self-motivated and assertive. You have to take real estate courses, general business and accounting courses. Hey, don’t worry there are tons of careers in real estate, you can be an admin in a real estate office, work for a bank, be a salesperson or an agent, or you can be an assistant. There is also commercial real estate and residential real estate. Look into your options you don’t have to be a salesperson or a broker. There is also mortgage banking which is linked to real estate. Homeowner’s insurance you can combine insurance and real estate. There are tons of things you can do. if you enjoy it you will be successful.

Real ESTATE? Hey im a 15 year old female in high school. I dont know what i want to be or what kind of career but im kinda thinking about doing real estate. I dont know too much about it. But i just wanted to know any important info on it. How much do you get? What kind of education should i have. My main worry is if its a risky career. Is it too risky to get into ?
